Can deleted SSD files always be recovered?
No. Recovery depends on TRIM, overwriting, and SSD condition.If the TRIM command has already run and cleared the storage blocks (which often happens within minutes of deletion), the data is permanently wiped at the hardware level. However, if the deletion was recent or TRIM is disabled, recovery is highly successful.
Does formatting permanently erase SSD data?
